Why We Built Soltix World: Beyond the Code and Into the Community

LunaForge3 min read 0

Every project has an origin story, and most of them are tidier in hindsight than they were in real life. Ours started with a simple frustration: so many "play-to-earn" games we tried felt like spreadsheets with a skin on top. You clicked, you claimed, you left. Nobody remembered your name.

We wanted to build the opposite — a place where showing up matters more than how much you spend, and where the people next to you in the mines are part of the reason you come back.

The problem we kept running into

Talk to anyone who has spent time in Web3 gaming and you will hear the same three complaints:

  • Rewards that reward the wrong thing. Big wallets win, patient players lose.
  • Economies that eat themselves. Tokens are printed faster than anyone wants to hold them.
  • No sense of belonging. Communities form around price charts instead of shared experiences.

We could not fix all of this with code alone. But we could make different choices from day one.

The choices behind Soltix

Effort over capital

Vesting 2.0 is the clearest example. Instead of one unlock schedule for everyone, your vesting period moves between 10 and 48 months depending on how actively you play. Lock Points come from digging, checking in, chatting and taking part — and they cannot be bought. The most consistent players unlock fastest. That is the whole point.

Honest money flows

Ad revenue from the platform feeds the Soltix liquidity pool, and the treasury publishes its reports in the open. Founder's Gear exists for players who want to support the project early, but it only boosts Airdrop Points for a limited time — it never touches Lock Points or your vesting pace.

Security you can verify

You sign in with your Solana wallet, nothing else. No passwords to leak, and nobody on the team will ever ask for your wallet's recovery words. Every dig, repair and reward is validated on the server, because a fair game cannot trust what the browser says.

A game economy is a promise. We would rather make fewer promises and keep all of them.

Why a Community Hub?

Somewhere along the way we noticed that our favourite moments were not in the game at all. They were in the chat at 2 a.m., when someone shared that they had just lost their job, and ten strangers stayed up to talk them through it. They were in the messages from players who said the daily check-in was the one routine that held their week together.

Those stories deserved a home that lasts longer than a chat scroll. So we built this one: a calm place to write about the hard days and the small wins, to share ideas for where Soltix should go next, and to lift each other up.

What comes next

The road ahead is public. Whitelist registration opens on May 5, 2027, the presale runs from June 3 to June 6, 2027, and the first Vesting 2.0 claim unlocks on July 6, 2027. Beyond that, our long-term goal is a Soltix Gaming DAO, where the people who build the community also help steer it.

None of that matters without you. If you have a story, an idea or even a criticism, write it here. We read everything.

See you in the mines.
